Frequently asked questions
Where can I buy DragonBacks?
DragonBacks is sold through Amazon (paperback, hardback and Kindle ebook) and Apple Books (ebook). Search for DragonBacks by Olivka Wilk in either store, or follow the links on our home page.
When will the paperback and hardback be available?
The ebook is on sale now. Print editions are in final proof. As soon as the proofs are approved, the paperback and hardback will go on sale through Amazon. Join the community on the home page if you would like an email when they go live.
I bought the ebook but it has not downloaded. What do I do?
Most download problems are resolved by a few simple steps. For Apple Books: open the Books app, make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with, pull down to refresh your library, and tap the cloud icon next to the title to start the download. For Kindle: open the Kindle app or device, sync your library, and tap the title to download. Check your internet connection and that you have enough free storage.
If the title still does not appear, the retailer can restore or re-credit the purchase. Visit support.apple.com/billing or Amazon customer service, or email us and we will help.
Which devices and apps can I read the ebook on?
The Apple Books edition is delivered in EPUB and can be read on iPhone, iPad and Mac in the Apple Books app. The Kindle edition can be read on any Kindle e-reader and on the free Kindle app for iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, PC and the web.
Can I change the font size, brightness or background?
Yes. In Apple Books, tap the centre of the page and choose the AA icon. In Kindle, tap the page and choose Aa. Both apps let you change the font, size, line spacing, background colour and brightness to suit you.
My paperback or hardback arrived damaged. What do I do?
Print copies are fulfilled directly by Amazon. Please raise a return or replacement in your Amazon account under Your Orders, and Amazon will arrange a replacement or refund. If you would like our help, email [email protected] with a photo of the damage and your order number.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the retailer you bought from. For Apple Books, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and follow the steps. For Amazon, go to Your Orders and choose Return or Replace Items. If you need help, email [email protected].

I think there is an error or typo. Can you fix it?
Please do let us know. Email [email protected] with the chapter, a short quote of the passage and the format you are reading. Ebook corrections are bundled into a refreshed edition and pushed to retailers periodically; once available, your existing copy may update automatically.
Can I share my copy with family or friends?
Apple Books offers Family Sharing and Amazon offers Kindle Family Library for eligible purchases. You can set these up in your account on each platform. Beyond this, the ebook is licensed to you for your own personal use and may not be redistributed. Physical copies you own can be lent or given to others as normal. See the Terms and Conditions for the full position.
I am hearing impaired or have a visual impairment. Are there accessibility options?
Apple Books and the Kindle app both support VoiceOver or TalkBack, large dynamic type, high-contrast and inverted display modes at the system level. If you have specific accessibility needs we have not addressed, please write to us and we will do what we can.
